Programs We Offer
NFL Suicide Pool — nflsuicide.info
Type of messages: Account and service notifications for participants in our NFL suicide-style elimination pool — including weekly pick confirmations/reminders, game-time alerts, elimination notices, and other pool updates.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the NFL season schedule; typically up to several messages per week during the season, fewer or none in the off-season.
Opt-In Consent
You opt in to a texting program by explicitly providing your mobile phone number through one of the following methods:
- Checking an opt-in box on our website when creating an account or submitting a form;
- Texting a keyword to our number where advertised;
- Telling us verbally that you would like to receive texts.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your wireless carrier and are between you and your carrier.
Opting Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt back in.

Our messages are delivered via major U.S. wireless carriers. Delivery is subject to carrier availability; we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may modify these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continuing participation in a program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
